Good help can be hard to find. Luckily, USA.gov is so useful and efficient, it’s like having your very own personal assistant. USA.gov is the U.S. government’s official web portal and your online resource for federal, state, and local government information.

Looking forward to a summer vacation? USA.gov has all the information you need to ensure a smooth journey in the Travel, Transportation, and Recreation section. Look there for travel warnings and airport security tips. Headed abroad? Check the status of your passport application or current currency exchange rates for your destination. Worried about checking in back home? Don’t fret—USA.gov has all the information you need about international long-distance calling.

Are you fixated on the upcoming presidential election? USA.gov’s Voting and Elections section can show you how to be a poll volunteer. If you’ve relocated, are a first time voter, or need to request an absentee ballot, USA.gov will lead you to the appropriate state and county sites to register.
