Williamson-Thermoflo Gas Boilers Recalled Due to Carbon Monoxide
Weil-McLain conducted a voluntary recall of their Williamson-Thermoflo
GWS and GWI Gas Boilers. If there is a leak in the vent piping, the recalled boilers can leak carbon
monoxide (CO) into the buildings in which they are installed, posing a risk of CO poisoning. The recall
involves cast iron, gas-fired boilers used for space heating. Consumers who have not already been
contacted, should contact their installer for a free safety inspection and repair, if necessary.
